Well, I’m back! After twelve weeks on long service leave I was back in the office on Monday morning. Thanks to all of you who kept me in your prayers over the last three months. It was a relaxing and refreshing time – filled with hockey, lots of cooking, and plenty of rest. I’m looking forward to being back on Sunday as we start a new series exploring some of the biblical images used to describe the Church and what it means for us.

I’d also like to thank the elders, deacons, and staff who have all stepped up in my absence; especially Rox and Matt who, by all accounts, did a great job – not that I was surprised to hear that; I have great confidence in both of them! I was truly able to unplug from work and that has quite a bit to do with the quality of the people who make up our team.

I look forward to seeing you on Sunday – online or onsite!
