The cross invites us to continual reflection on God’s salvation in Christ. As we continue to prepare our hearts for Easter, Matt Willis encourages us to humbly return again to the meaning of the cross as he explores Jesus’ interactions with Nicodemus in John 3 and the meaning of Jesus being lifted up like the snake in the wilderness (Numbers 21:4-9).
